TeleConferencing (Conference Calling)
Anytime TeleConferencing
Primus Anytime TeleConferencing is a conference calling service that requires no reservations with as many moderators as required!
In addition, Primus operators are available 24/7 to assist at any time.
With Primus Anytime TeleConferencing, each moderator has one dial-in number and a pass code that is always active. A company may have as many moderators, (people able to book their own conference calls) as they require. This means that the moderators never have to reserve another conference call. They have the ability to conference call whenever they choose, with any number of participants. They also have the added comfort of knowing that Primus operators are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist them at any time before, during or after their conference calls.
Anytime Plus TeleConferencing
If you don’t want the hassle of arranging a conference call yourself, take advantage of Primus Anytime Plus TeleConferencing! Our professional operators can connect all participants for you – in whatever order you’d like!
Primus Anytime Plus TeleConferencing Services offers all of the features and functionality of Primus Anytime TeleConferencing Services with the addition of Dial Out Operator services. Primus’ professional operators can dial all your participants, in the order specified and then connect them to the conference call. They can also offer the Moderator a customized introduction, roll call, call recording and a sound check. Once the conference call is underway, the operator exits the call, but remains on standby should the Moderator require further assistance.
To access Primus Anytime Plus TeleConferencing, the basic subscriber may call Customer Service or their Primus representative and request this. The Primus representative will complete the appropriate paperwork (Operator Dial Out Reservation Form) and submit it to conferencereservations@primustel.ca. Operator Dial-Out charges will apply.

Anytime TeleConferencing: Features
Entry/Exit Tones:
Distinct Tones let the participants know when parties enter or exit the conference call. The Moderator can deactivate this feature.
Name Prompt:
Incoming participants are prompted to record their name prior to entering the conference call. By pressing *8, the Moderator can listen to an Automated
roll call, hearing the participants recorded names.
Name Announce:
As a complement to Name Prompt, the Moderator can also have the Participants names played into the conference call as they enter or exit. This feature
adds to security but can be intrusive on larger conference calls.
Participant Wait:
The customer has the choice of allowing Participants to communicate before the Moderator has joined the conference call or to wait on hold with
music until the Moderator joins the conference call. With hold music, once the Moderator enters their Pass-Code, all Participants will be able to communicate.

The Moderator can associate a numerical accounting code to an individual teleconference.
