Eudora Light Configuration
If Eudora is your E-mail client of choice, follow these step to configure it for use with your Primus account.
Configuration
- If Eudora isn’t running, open it.
- From the Tools menu click on Options.

- You will see an options screen that is split in two parts. In the left-hand window, select Getting Started.

- Depending on your version of Eudora do one of the following:
- If your version of Eudora is 4.3 or later: type your full e-mail address in the Login Name: box. For example: username@primus.ca
- If your version of Eudora is older than 4.3 (or is Eudora Light), type the numerical part of your activation code in the POP Account: box. For example if the activation code was 129230asdk932as, you would enter 129230.
- The Real Name: box should contain your name.
- The Return address: is where replies to your messages are sent to. Normally this is the same as your Primus e-mail address. For example: username@primus.ca
- In the Mail Server (Incoming): box, type pop.primus.ca.
- In the SMTP Server: box, type smtp.primus.ca.
- Click on OK. You should now be able to use your e-mail Primus e-mail account.
